I've been working with anxiety a lot recently. I notice that the more we can stay calm, grounded, relaxed, peaceful, the more resourced, playful and flexible we can be to work with whatever comes up. When I get really stressed I tell myself I don't have time to listen to anything–I'd rather just keep running around being busy and forgetting to breathe. Sheesh! It's a viscous circle.
